I first visited CSG in November 2016. Jane Warford was very thorough and recommended I try the Lyric hearing aids, which I did. While it took several visits to CSG to adjust to the Lyric, the Lyric experts of Tamara and her daughter Maya were very patient with me. I felt they were cautious about re-inserting the Lyric devices if there were any signs of blisters or other irritations. Now, I can wear them at least one month at a time without re-visiting. Finally, CSG in Walnut Creek is outstanding in accommodating my schedule and urgency to visit on short notice. Kudos to all of the staff!
