    I called 6 times, left a message to change my appointment to my day off, never got a call back from the person which her name was on the letter I received.

    Total irresponsible, they do not have any regards for people life and work obligations.

    Zero star does not exist on this review otherwise I would have checked it or even better "negative points" would have described their response more accuratly.

    Waiting to set up an appointment, but kept on line for 25 mins. Without able to set up anything. Have to hang up because of other commitments. I wish they have an online appointment schedule that I can set up, or more people to answer such a simple request!

    Rude people manning the desks. Even the security guard was rude. Why would anyone want the government administering their healthcare?!? We will all suffer the wrath of these rude bureaucrats telling us what we can and cannot have for healthcare, just like the experience I had with the Social Security Administration / Medicare office.
