I ordered a tire cover from their "man cave" website and what arrived was not what was shown in the picture. Because they failed to update their picture once the manufacturer changed the design. That's fine, so I contacted customer service. After 2 weeks of trying, they finally got back to me and told me how to return it. Now, it's been 1 month since it was confirmed delivered by USPS and still no refund. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service and no one is getting back to me. I haven't heard back since they told me how to return.

I assume they're a really small company and wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business during this process, which is why I haven't heard back. So right now I'm out about $60 and still waiting for that refund...

Save your money and time and order gear from somewhere else. Awful company.
